The Board of Directors is seeking to fill one opening for a Well Owner Alternate Representative. This position will serve on the Board of Directors in an alternate capacity for a three (3) year term, under article six (6) of the Agency’s Joint Powers Agreement. The time commitment is expected to be up to 8 hours/month. This position is unpaid. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with section 2.3 of the Agency’s Bylaws.
The Alternate Director will be subject to provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act and held accountable to the Agency’s Code of Conduct, guiding principals, and Bylaws. Copies of those documents are linked below:

Applications are due by 5PM on Friday, March 19th. A Board Committee has been formed to lead the process to select the new Well Owner Representative Alternate by reviewing all received applications for eligibility.
